Community Property Tour Registration & Hold Harmless Agreem

By registering for this event, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Property Tour Hold Harmless Agreement:
   • I acknowledge that the property associated with the tour may pose risks, including personal injury or death.
   • I voluntarily choose to participate in the tour, assuming all associated risks.
   • I release Community Building Solutions and Partners, its agents, employees, contractors, and representatives from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from my participation in the property tour.
   • This agreement is binding upon me, my heirs, representatives, executors, administrators, and assigns.

By completing your registration for this event, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to the above terms.

Note: If you are registering on behalf of a minor (under 21 years of age), you certify that you are the parent or guardian and consent to these terms on their behalf.

I grant permission to Community Building Solutions and Partners & J’marie Photography LLC to photograph, videotape, and/or record me during my participation in the event.

I authorize the organizers to use such media, including composite or artistic forms, in any format or platform.

I waive the right to inspect or approve any final product featuring my likeness.

I release the organizers from any claims or liabilities arising from this authorization.
